If you’re looking to move up from an 18″ complete bike and you’re just getting into BMX, the Gateway JR is the stepping stone you’ll want to take a look at. The Gateway JR features a 1020 Hi-Ten steel frame with an integrated head tube, gussets on the top and down tubes, an integrated seat post clamp, welded on seat stay brake mounts and guides and a wider rear end to fit a 2.40″ tire.
The Gateway JR comes in black only with a smaller 20″ top tube length, which makes it a great bike for a younger rider just moving into a 20″ bike and starting to ride BMX.
